Berkshires Culture Salon November Edition

The Left Bank Club

Born in Cafe Rena in Guido’s Great Barrington, a bunch of creative outliers decided to graduate from talking about what they were bringing into the world and collaborate to bring it into the world locally at Dewey Hall in Sheffield on the last Sunday of the month, beginning next weekend on November 30th, from 7 to 9 PM. We are artists, writers, and musicians sharing works and insights. Join Beryl Bender, David Crowe, Varoujan Froundjian, Phil Goldberg, David Guenette, Jim Lawrence, Howard Lieberman, Travis Lusk, Ron Ronan, and Dave Smith at our local culture expression salon. Admission is free; a voluntary contribution helps cover event expenses.

The Berkshires are a Cultural Mecca

People from all over come to the Berkshires to first visit, then get summer homes, then move here part-time time and often retire here full time. They are often creative outliers themselves who eventually decide they want to express themselves beyond attending others events.

This gathering marks the first in a monthly series designed to bring the community together with local creators from across the arts. Attendees can expect an evening of interaction, inspiration, and discovery as nine participating artists and creators share work, stories, and the creative processes behind them. The format blends presentation, conversation, and community engagement, encouraging meaningful exchanges rather than passive viewing.
